If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please contact JVR within 48 hours of delivery with relevant photos/videos for verification.

7. Shipping Delays

JVR shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, natural disasters, customs clearance, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
