At JVR, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for eligible products within 3 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in original condition and packaging

  • Include original invoices, certificates, and tags (if applicable)

  • Show no signs of damage, alteration, or misuse

Any return requests raised after 3 days of receiving the order may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry

  • Engraved products

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Products purchased during special sale or clearance events

  • Damaged products caused by improper handling or wear after delivery

3. Return Process

To request a return, customers must contact JVR through the official contact details provided on the website with:

  • Order number

  • Product details

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting images/videos if required

Once the request is reviewed and approved, further return instructions will be shared.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 5 working days through the original payment method. Shipping charges, duties, taxes, or customization charges may be non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged subject to stock availability and approval. Customized and made-to-order jewelry cannot be exchanged.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact JVR within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos for verification.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before production or shipping begins. Customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started.

8. Shipping for Returns

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product sent by JVR.

JVR is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments during transit.

9. Policy Changes

JVR reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
